ÖZ:
Emekçinin ücretinin düzenli ve tam olarak ödenmesi, kendisi ve ailesi için tek geçim kaynağı olması dolayısıyla hayati önem taşımaktadır. Bu bağlamda ücretin korunması ulusal ve uluslararası belgelerde düzenlenen temel konulardan olmuştur. Özellikle kırılgan ekonomiye sahip ülkelerde işverenin ödeme güçlüğüne düşme olasılığının yüksek olması, ücret alacaklarının korunmasını ayrıca önemli kılmaktadır. Temelde bu riske karşı önlem almak amacıyla oluşturulmuş Ücret Garanti Fonu, çalışmamızda ulusal ve uluslararası çerçevede incelenmiş ve konuya ilişkin genel bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır.

ABSTRACT:
Because of the only source of income for labourer and his/her family, full and regular payment of the wages is vital. In this context the maintenance of wages is one of the fundamental issues in national and international regulations. Especially in countries with fragile economies It is likely to fall to the employer's insolvency, is making more important to protecting the wages. Wage guarantee fund that is created to take countermeasures against this risk fundamentally, is examined and evaluated in our study in national and international context.
