ÖZ:
Çalışmak, kişisel bir hak ve insani bir gereksinim olsa da sorunlar ve çıkar çatışmaları çerçevesinde en ince ayrıntısına kadar yasal zemine oturtulmaya çalışılarak disipline edilmiş ve algısal yönden zorlukları çağrıştıran bir kavrama dönüşmüştür. Çalışma hayatında hukukî altyapıyı güçlendirmek için sürekli mevzuat düzenlemeleri yapılmakta ve idari müdahaleler gündeme gelmektedir. Bu durum herkes için erişilebilir ve sürdürülebilir olması beklenen çalışma hayatını güç şartlar altında elde edilen ve sıkı sıkıya korunması gereken ve dolayısıyla sosyal ilişkilerinin geri plana itildiği bir mücadele sahasına dönüştürmüştür. Böylesine rekabetçi ve kontrolcü bir sahada, çalışanların kendilerini doğru ifade edebilmelerinden iş verimliliğinin yükseltilmesine, kurum kültürünün pekiştirilmesinden iş barışının sağlanmasına kadar pek çok konuda iletişimin önemi ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bu makalede, hem işçiler hem de işverenler açısından “nasıl bir iletişim kurulursa çalışma hakkı en tatmin edici düzeyde gerçekleştirilmiş olur” sorusunun cevabı irdelenecektir. Söz konusu irdeleme, bir başka yönüyle de iletişim biliminin çalışma hayatına katkısını masaya yatırmış olacaktır.

ABSTRACT:
Although working is a personal right and a human need, it has been disciplined by trying to put it on a legal scope to the thinnest details within the framework of problems and conflicts of interest and has turned into a concept that evokes difficulties in terms of perception. In order to strengthen the legal basis in working life, legislative arrangements are made frequenty and administrative interventions are brought to the agenda. This situation has converted the working life which is expected to be accessible and sustainable for everyone, into a field of struggle which is achieved under difficult conditions and must be strictly protected and thus social relations are pushed into the background. In such a competitive and controlling area, the importance of communication emerges in many subjects, from the ability of employees to explain themselves correctly to increasing work efficiency or from to reinforcing corporate culture to ensuring work peace. In this article, the answer to the question “how can a communication be established, the right to work will be realized at the most satisfactory level” will be examined for both workers and employers. The aforementioned examination in another aspect will discuss the contribution of communication science to working life.
