ÖZ:
Dijitalleşme, ekonominin ve işgücü piyasasının işleyişini köklü bir biçimde değiştirme potansiyeline sahiptir. Bu makalede dijitalleşmenin temsil ettiği değişimin içeriği ve boyutları araştırılmaktadır. Bu amaçla, ilk olarak dijital teknolojilerin ekonominin yeniden yapılandırılmasındaki rolü dijitalleşme başlığı altında irdelenmiş, ikinci olarak dijitalleşmenin işgücü piyasası üzerindeki etkisi değerlendirilmiştir. Dijitalleşen mal ve hizmetlerin üretimi ve ticareti küresel ekonominin giderek daha önemli bir parçası haline gelirken, işgücü piyasasında beklentileri aşan birçok değişime neden olmuştur. Bu değişimler, işgücü piyasasında başlıca iki soruna yol açmıştır. Bir yandan, küreselleşmeyle birlikte artmaya başlayan eşitsizlik, eğretilik, güvencesizlik ve kutuplaşma gibi eğilimler yeniden üretilmiş, diğer yandan, ücretli çalışmanın yerini kendi hesabına çalışmanın almasından kaynaklanan yeni riskler yaratılmıştır.

ABSTRACT:
Digitalization has the potential to radically change the functioning of the economy and the labour market. This article explores the content and dimensions of the change represented by digitalization. For this purpose, firstly, the role of digital technologies in the restructuring of the economy was examined under the heading of digitalization, and secondly, the impact of digitalization on the labour market was evaluated. The production and trade of digitized goods and services has become an increasingly important part of the global economy, resulting in many changes in the labour market that exceeded expectations. These changes have led to two major problems in the labour market. On the one hand, trends such as inequality, precarity, insecurity and polarization, which started to increase with globalization, have been reproduced; on the other hand, new risks have been created due to the replacement of paid employment by self-employment.
