ÖZ:

Türkiye’de gençlerin temel bir insan hakkı olarak kabul edilen konuta erişiminin önünde başta enflasyon ve işsizlik olmak üzere aşılması gereken çok sayıda engel bulunmaktadır. Söz konusu engeller, 2021 yılının Eylül ayında uygulanmaya başlanan Türkiye Ekonomi Modeli ile büyümüş ve adeta aşılamaz bir hale gelmiştir. Gençlerin kusuru olmaksızın ortaya çıkan konuta erişimdeki bu engeller sonucunda konuta erişimde adeta bir kusursuz imkânsızlık hali ortaya çıkmıştır. Çalışmada asgari ücret düzeyinde çalışanlar ile nitelikli işgücü kapsamında değerlendirilebilecek öğretmenlerin aylık gelirleri ile konuta erişim imkânları incelenmiştir. İncelemeler 2020 Mart, 2021 Ağustos, 2022 ve 2023 Mart dönemlerini içeren bir şekilde ve karşılaştırmalı olarak yapılmıştır. Yapılan incelemeler sonucunda asgari ücret düzeyinde çalışanlar ile öğretmenlerin Türkiye Ekonomi Modelinin sonuçlarından benzer biçimde olumsuz etkilendiği verilerle ortaya konulmuştur. Bu olumsuz etki asgari ücret düzeyinde çalışanlarda daha fazla hissedilmiştir.

ABSTRACT:

In Turkey, there are many obstacles to be overcome, especially inflation and unemployment, in front of young people's access to housing, which is considered a basic human right. These obstacles have grown and become almost insurmountable with the Turkish Economy Model, which started to be implemented in September 2021. As a result of these barriers in accessing housing, which emerged without the fault of the youth, a situation of faultless impossibility has emerged in accessing housing. In the study, those who work at the minimum wage level and teachers who can be considered within the scope of qualified workforce, possibility access to housing were examined with monthly income. The examinations were made comparatively and in a way that includes the periods of March 2020, August 2021, March 2022 and 2023. As a result of the examinations, it has been revealed by the data that those working at the minimum wage level and teachers are similarly negatively affected by the results of the Turkish Economy Model. This negative effect was felt more in those working at the minimum wage level.
