ÖZ:
İşyerinde Psikolojik Taciz (Mobbing), çalışanları yakından ilgilendiren, mağdurlar, işyerleri, aile ve toplum üzerinde pek çok olumsuz psikososyal sonuçları olan ve önemi tüm dünyada giderek artan bir sorundur. Bu makalede, ülkemizde de giderek daha fazla tartışılan bir konu olan İşyerinde Psikolojik Taciz çeşitli yönleriyle gözden geçirilecektir.

ABSTRACT:
The Workplace Psychological Harrassment (Mobbing) is a growing problem on all over the world which is mostly related to workers, and has many negative psychosocial outcomes on victims, organizations and the society. In this article, Mobbing which is also a salient issue in Turkey will be reviewed with various aspects.
