ÖZ:
Bu çalışmada iş sağlığı ve güvenliği açısından önemli gördüğümüz eğitim konusu incelenmiş, eğitim ihtiyacının belirlenerek eğitimin planlanması ve uygulanması konuları ele alınarak, çalışanları iş kazası ve meslek hastalıklarından korumak için verilecek olan eğitimlerin nasıl daha etkin ve faydalı olabileceği araştırılmıştır. Çalışmada, iş sağlığı ve güvenliğinde çalışanların eğitimi açısından; kimin, ne öğreteceği, nasıl öğreteceği ve nerede öğreteceği soruları araştırılmış; eğitimlerin etkin ve kalıcı olması için görsel ve işitsel araçların kullanılması ve mutlaka uygulama yapılarak eğitimin kalıcılığının sağlanması gerekliliği vurgulanmıştır. Çalışmada kaynak tarama yöntemi uygulanmış, iş güvenliği uzmanları ve işyeri hekimleri ile yapılan görüşmeler de çalışmaya yön vermiştir.

ABSTRACT:
In this study, the educational issues that is to be considered important in terms of occupational health and safety have been examined. Determining the educational requirements, taking into consideration the planning and implementation of training, it was investigated how the training to be provided will be more effective and useful in order to protect the employers from the occupational accidents and diseases. In this study, in terms of the training of employees regarding in the occupational health and safety, having been researched the questions of who, what to teach, how to teach and where to teach; the use of visual and auditory tools and an absolute necessity of practicing to ensure the permanence of education were emphasized for getting an effective and permanent training. Being applied the literature scanning method, the interviews carried out with the occupational safety experts and doctors also gave direction to this study.
